Shipped tickets and want to update the status
If you used the prepaid label to ship tickets, you don't need to do anything else. The status will automatically update when UPS or Royal Mail scans the package.
When the courier marks the package as delivered, we'll be notified. We'll process your payment 5-8 business days after the event.
Status hasn't updated within 72 business hours? Contact us with your order number and proof of postage.
