The following is considered as incorrect tickets:

Seats in a different row from the ones that were purchased.
Seats in a different sector from the ones that were purchased.
Any seat changes from Reserved Seating to General Admission or viceversa.
Separate seats, when they were supposed to be together (tickets bought from the same listing).
Restrictions in tickets that weren’t clearly described at the time of listing.
Tickets in a location/category different from the one listed as per the event page on the website.

In the unlikely case that you have received incorrect tickets (according to any of the six scenarios mentioned), please contact us attaching a photo of the tickets you received and we will make sure you get the tickets you ordered right away!
