When you have tickets listed on StubHub International that haven't been sold yet, you can adjust how you plan to deliver them once they are sold.
Here's how to do it on your desktop:
- Navigate to 'My tickets' > 'Listings'
- Locate the specific listing and click on 'Edit listing'
- In the 'Ticket type' section, select the delivery method you intend to use for the tickets. Please note that creating PDF files from scanned paper tickets, photos, or copies is not allowed.
- Once you've made your selection, don't forget to click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
