When you have active listings on StubHub (meaning your tickets haven't sold yet), you can update how you'll deliver the tickets if they sell. 

On a desktop:

1. Go to My tickets > Listings
2. Find the listing and click Edit listing
3. Under Ticket type, choose the way you'll deliver the tickets (remember, you can't make your own PDF files from paper ticket scans, photos, or copies)
4. Save

Did your tickets sell? You may be able to change the delivery method through your StubHub account.
