If you're buying tickets and getting an error to double-check your card's security info:
- Make sure you're entering the correct card details
- Call the number on the back of the card
- Use another card if it still doesn't work
Try adding the card directly to your StubHub account:
- Go to Settings > Payments
- Under Payment options for buying tickets click Add a new payment method
- Fill in the required info. Complete all fields, including the country, phone, and email address tabs.
