If you bought mobile transfer tickets on StubHub:
- Check your email. We emailed you when your tickets were ready. Did that email have an Accept tickets button?
- If so, click the button. Follow the steps to accept and view your tickets.
- Is the email address on your StubHub account spelled correctly?
- Check the right email address if you have more than one
- Search your mailbox for the word 'transfer'
- You can also search for the artist, event or venue name, or teams that play in that venue. Try phrases like transfer, transfer offer, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and accept.
- Check your spam or junk folder
You may not get the ticket transfer offer email until 24 hours before the event.
