We hope you are as excited as we are to see live events slowly return with fans in the stands. As the live events industry transitions out of the COVID-19 pandemic, the StubHub business is going through a transition of its own.
StubHub’s North America and international businesses got separated and two distinct platforms were be created for our users back in June 23, 2021.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU:
- Effective June 23, you will need to log in to www.stubhub.com and/or www.stubhub.ca to view and manage your orders and listings for any event taking place in the US or Canada. Please use the same email and password that you use today.
- You will no longer be able to view or manage your orders and listings for US and Canada events on StubHub International platforms, i.e., on any other StubHub domain.
- If you have questions or require support relating to your orders and listings for US and Canada events, you will need to contact to Customer Service in US: https://www.stubhub.com/contact-us
- Any orders or listings for any other event that is not US or Canada related will remain available to manage in your current account on StubHub’s International platforms.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period, we are grateful for customers like you!
