If the event you sold tickets for was cancelled, check with the primary ticket company. You may not need to return your tickets to the box office to get a refund. 

Need your tickets so you can get a refund? Contact us within 2 weeks when the event is cancelled. We’ll ask the buyer to send us the tickets and return them to you.
