Follow the steps you have been given to print a delivery label. Only print your label once the tickets are ready to be sent.

The tickets can be collected at a personal address (eg your house) or a work address.

Please, contact UPS Customer Service to arrange the pick-up of the tickets and coordinate date and time of collection.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel or modify your request through our website, so if you wish to make any changes you’ll have to contact UPS directly.
