To change how you bought tickets on StubHub, make sure both payment methods are on file.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Payment
- Under Payment options for buying tickets click Add a new payment option
- Follow the steps
If you have a registered StubHub account, we can switch your payment method from:
- Credit card to credit card
- PayPal to credit card
- Credit card to PayPal
We can't switch payment methods:
- From PayPal to a new PayPal account
- To Apple Pay, PayPal Credit, or Google Pay
Once the new payment method is in your account, contact us and we'll switch your payment.
