If your tickets remain unsold, we will automatically relist them once the rescheduled date is announced.


If your tickets have been sold, your part is complete! You don't need to take any further action unless new tickets are issued for the postponed event, in which case you will need to provide these tickets to your buyer.


Has the event been cancelled and do you need to retrieve the sold tickets?

If the event for which you sold tickets has been cancelled, please consult the primary ticket provider. You may not need to return your tickets to the box office to obtain a refund. 


If you need your tickets back to obtain a primary refund, please contact us within 2 weeks of the event cancellation. We will request the buyer to return the tickets and send them to you.
