For events in The o2 London and SSE Arena Wembley

If you downloaded the app and followed the email steps but the tickets aren't available. It may be caused you are not in England. The tickets will be only visible on UK.  

Once in the UK, proceed to the desktop or mobile version of the third-party app to view the tickets. The tickets should then show in the third-party app. Not in our StubHub app. 

Can't attend the event? Sad to hear that! Just reminder you can resell it to recovery your money.
