If you have bought tickets for a nominative event, you have to provide some information of the attendees (from each of them).
Depending on the event, they may require:
- First and Last Name
- Date of birth
- Country of birth
- ID card number
- Passport number
To provide them, you will need to:
- Access your Account
- Go to Orders > Current
- In the purchase, click on Add attendee info and include the information of each attendee.
- Click on Submit
