If you have bought tickets for a nominative event, you have to provide some information of the attendees (from each of them).

Depending on the event, they may require:

  • First and Last Name
  • Date of birth
  • Country of birth
  • ID card number 
  • Passport number
  • Nationality

To provide them, you will need to:

  1. Access your Account 
  2. Go to OrdersCurrent 
  3. In the purchase, click on Add attendee info and include the information of each attendee. 
  4. Click on Submit
