How to Check Your Balance

To view your available balance after adding a promo code to your StubHub account, navigate to 'Profile' > 'StubHub Wallet'. If the promo code hasn't been added, the full amount remains unchanged.


How to Check Promo Code Expiration

Most credits issued by StubHub are valid for a full year. You can verify the expiration date by logging into your 'Profile' and selecting 'StubHub Wallet'. The expiration detail will be displayed next to the "Good until {date}" statement.

How to Add a New Promo Code

StubHub promo codes are case-sensitive, so enter them exactly as they appear, including any dashes. You can add a promo code either in your account or during the purchase process.


  • From Your Profile:  If you have received a promotional code and want to add it to your profile to use later

    1. Go to the 'StubHub Wallet' tab.

    2. Enter the promo code in the 'Add a code' field.

    3. Click 'Add' to save it.

  • From the Checkout: If you are making a purchase and want to add a promo code
    1. In the 'Review and Buy' window, within the ORDER TOTAL section, click on 'Manage discounts'.
    2. You can either select an existing linked promo code or 'ADD A DISCOUNT CODE' to enter a new one.
    3. Tap 'Apply' to update your purchase amount.
