This error typically occurs due to incorrect settings in your Google Chrome browser. To resolve this issue, you'll need to adjust some settings in your browser.

  1. Go to Settings in Google Chrome.
  2. Type "PDF" in the search bar.
  3. Navigate to Site Settings.
  4. Click on Additional content settings.
  5. Under PDF Documents, select the option "Download PDFs."
  6. After that, try again and you will be able to download your tickets.
