When will I receive?
There are different ways to check the estimated time and the ticket type you will receive.
- During the checkout you will be able to see this information
- In the confirmation email you receive once the order is confirmed
- From your Profile > Orders > Current tab

How do I receive?
Tickets will be Mobile Delivery and you won't be able to see from your StubHub International account. Instead, the seller will transfer them through the Fan Sale website.
Once they have been transferred, we will send you two emails...
- An automatic one confirming the delivery of your order.
- Another will be one of our experts to provide you with the Fan Sale credentials. With them you can log in and access your tickets.
Can't find the emails? Check your SPAM folder as well to ensure you do not miss any correspondence. Then, follow the steps indicated in the Fan Sale email to get your tickets.
Please note that for security reasons, the QR will only be visible near the event date.

Remember that the ticket is digital, so you only need to scan from your mobile device. Therefore, please ensure your phone is fully charged on the day of the event. This way, you'll avoid any last-minute hiccups and can enjoy your experience to the fullest!
