Part 1 - Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code) 

Part 2 - General Terms and Conditions 

1. The Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code), and these General Terms and Conditions together form the Promo Code Terms and Conditions (“Promo Code Terms and Conditions”). 
2. The offer is available to StubHub registered users who are of legal age in their country of residence. The offer is strictly forbidden for minors of age.
3. The Promo Code is applicable exclusively to tickets for any football (soccer) events offered on our app, unless specified otherwise in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code).
4. The Promo Code, the Promo Code expiration date, the Promo Code value (including maximum amount, if applicable), and, where applicable, the minimum purchase price, as well as any special restrictions that apply to the use of the code, are stated directly on the code or are included in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code) and/or in the message the Promo Code is transmitted in. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code), the conditions of the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code) shall prevail.
5. Unless otherwise indicated in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code), only one Promo Code per registered user can be redeemed.
6. The Promo Code is only valid between the dates and times specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code) and cannot be applied to past purchases. 
7. Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code), the Promo Code is valid either from the date it becomes active on our app or from the date participants receive the code. Subject to clause 18, it expires on the specified expiry date outlined in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code). In the absence of a specified duration or expiration, StubHub reserves the right to expire such codes at its sole discretion.
8. A minimum Purchase Price may be required to redeem the Promo Code (the "Purchase Price" is the total price of all purchased items, including service charges and taxes).
9. In the event a Promo Code is granted as a fixed amount (as opposed to a percentage Promo Code), and the purchase amount is less than the Promo Code, the unused Promo Code value will be forfeited.
10. There may be a cap on the maximum percentage off per code. Applicable details can be found in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code).
11. The Promo Code may not be applicable to certain events ("Excluded Events") or may only be applicable to certain events (“Eligible Events”) and/or may only be applicable for use on certain domains (“Eligible Sites”) (each a “Restriction”). These Restrictions will be indicated on the promotion or related advertisement (e.g., newsletter or website) and in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code). If no Restrictions are specified, the Promo Code is available for all events offered on all StubHub sites.
12. StubHub’s User Agreement, Privacy and Cookie Notice apply to all purchases where Promo Code codes are used. 
13. This Promo Code cannot be used in combination with other codes, coupons, offers, gift certificates or other promotions available on any other StubHub’s site.
14. Promo Codes have no cash alternative and they are not transferable or assignable.
15. If participants are eligible for a refund, neither the promo code nor its redeemable value will be refunded. Participants will receive the maximum amount they have actually paid as the purchase amount.
16. These Promo Code Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the jurisdiction mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions and any dispute regarding the Promo Code will be heard in the courts of the jurisdiction mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
17. In accordance with StubHub's User Agreement, StubHub operates solely as a marketplace and does not act as a ticket seller. Consequently, StubHub assumes no responsibility for the tickets or the services associated with them.
18. StubHub reserves the right to interrupt, modify or cancel this Promo Code action at any time if the circumstances make appropriate action by StubHub necessary. StubHub reserves the right to add additional specific terms and conditions for specific parts of this promotion.
19. This promotion is being run by the entity mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions. StubHub reserves the right to delegate the running of this promotion to its affiliates without prior notice.
