Physical tickets can include paper tickets, season cards, wristbands or any other physical format. On StubHub, you must list these tickets as Physical tickets. Shipping can only proceed once your buyer provides a delivery address.

This article explains the entire process from receiving a sale to its delivery:

What are the different delivery options?

Once you receive a sale, depending on the event's delivery setup, you can:

  • Download a shipping label from your StubHub account. Read more about this process to understand how to use the prepaid label provided.
  • Use the customer's address to ship the tickets yourself if no arranged courier service is available in the event's country. If this is your case, we recommend that you read this article to fully understand how to send the tickets.

How to download the label?

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to your sale in your StubHub account.
  2. Click on 'Print delivery label'.
  3. A pop-up window will appear asking if you are ready to ship now. If so, click 'Print'. You have 2 days to ship.
    • If the button is grayed out, you need to wait until your buyer provides the address. If you're still unable to download the label by your ticket delivery deadline, contact us for assistance.
  4. Download the label and print it for later use.

Then, prepare the package:

  1. Place the tickets and the cover sheet with the printed label into a plain A4 envelope (or a UPS envelope).
  2. Attach the delivery label clearly to the outside of the envelope.
  3. Drop off the tickets at a UPS store or schedule a UPS pickup.

Once the tickets are handed over to the courier, the order status will change to IN TRANSIT. Upon delivery to the customer, it will change to DELIVERED.

Can I hand deliver the tickets?

No, StubHub requires proof of shipment to ensure your payment.

Please take the parcel to your nearest UPS post office as described in your shipping instructions.

In my sale it says the tickets are not delivered when I’ve already shipped

Sales are updated as “Delivered” in our system once we receive proof of delivery from the recipient or the delivery service used.

If your tickets haven't been marked as delivered yet, it may be because we haven't received proof of delivery from the recipient or the delivery service hasn't delivered them yet. You can track the delivery status using the tracking number provided by UPS on their website. If you used the prepaid label provided by StubHub, no further action is needed. The status will update automatically when UPS scans the package.

If the status hasn't updated within 72 business hours, please contact us with your sale number and proof of postage.
