Do I need an account to sell tickets?
Yes, you will need to create an account to sell tickets in our platform. As a registered user, you can track all your purchases and even resell tickets.
To sign up:
- Visit our StubHub website.
- Click on "Sign In" at the top.
- In the popup, click "Sign Up" at the bottom.
- Provide your first and last name, email address, and choose a password. Alternatively, sign up with your Facebook, Google or Apple credentials.
- Click "Sign Up" to complete.
How to add a payment method?
Go to Payments, then select Payout Methods to specify both the currency and preferred payment method.
- For PayPal, enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. Ensure that your PayPal account supports the chosen currency.
- For Direct Deposit, begin by entering the address registered with your bank account, followed by your account details. Please note that depending on the currency, your bank must be located in specific countries.
Select your payment method before confirming a sale. Any changes to your payment method will only affect existing and new listings. After a sale has been made and if your payment is not yet in progress, please contact us to request any changes.
How to sell tickets using a web browser?
- Find the event on our website and click "Sell tickets" (Purple logo top right of page).
- Enter the same details you have regarding the ticket location (whether immediate or non-immediate delivery, depending on ticket availability).
- Specify the price you wish to set for each ticket.
- Provide the bank account or PayPal information where you would like to receive payment (ensure it's set in the event's currency; alternatively, use your PayPal account).
- Provide the credit or debit card information as guarantee for the buyer.
- Finally, click on List my tickets.
You’ll get a confirmation email when your tickets are listed. You can find your listing by going to My tickets > Listings.
You have the flexibility to edit, deactivate, or delete your listing at any time. However, if your tickets remain unsold, you will need to arrange for delivery.
It is probably not created, but you can suggest us through the Event Request Form. We'll evaluate your request, and usually add the event within 7 business days.
