To resell tickets purchased on StubHub, you can use either the StubHub app or a desktop. Here are the instructions for listing your ticket(s) from a desktop:
Option A
- Log into your StubHub account.
- Go to the Orders menu and locate your purchase.
- Click on "Can’t attend? Sell your ticket" option in the right corner.
- If it's your first time listing, identify yourself as an individual seller and enter your personal details.
- Confirm the number of tickets you want to sell and set the price for each ticket.
- Enter your bank/PayPal account information for payment.
- Once you've created your listing, it will be active, and you'll receive a confirmation email. You can also access this information in your profile under the Listings area.
Option B
- Find the event on StubHub's webpage and click on "Sell tickets."
- Click on "Sell"
- Enter the necessary information about your tickets (immediate or non-immediate delivery).
- Set the price for each ticket.
- If it's your first time listing, provide your personal details.
- Enter your bank/PayPal account information for payment.
- Once you've created your listing, it will be active, and you'll receive a confirmation email. You can also access this information in your profile under the Listings area.
Once the listing is created
- Inform StubHub's team about the listing reference.
- You can modify the ticket price as needed while the listing is active.
- When a sale is confirmed, you'll receive an email notification. Inform StubHub so they can link the transactions and arrange ticket delivery if necessary.
- Once the tickets are delivered to the buyer, your sale status will be updated so you can receive payment.
