This method has become the most frequently used in the events. In this electronic format, the tickets must be displayed on a smartphone. There are three types of Mobile transfer tickets, and all of them should be listed in the same way: Mobile transfer. You’ll only notice a difference when delivering the tickets. Since you'll need your buyer's details to complete the transfer, it's not possible to pre-deliver the tickets.

Single URL/Token

The original marketplace emails a single link for all seats and phone devices. This URL gives the user access to a QR code that can be saved to a digital wallet (i.e.: Google Pay, Wallet Pass, Passwallet, Apple Wallet. ...)

  1. Copy the URL link that you have received by email
  2. Go to your sale in your StubHub account
  3. Click on 'Confirm/Transfer'
  4. Click on 'I have one or more tickets links'
  5. Paste the link
  6. Click on 'Confirm' to save it
  7. Your sale status will change automatically to Delivered

One seat, one URL

The original marketplace emails a link for each seat, and they are valid for all phone devices. These URLs give the user access to a QR code that can be saved to a digital wallet (i.e.: Google Pay, Wallet Pass, Passwallet, Apple Wallet...)

  1. Go to your sale in your StubHub account
  2. Click on 'Confirm/Transfer'
  3. Click on 'I have one or more tickets links'
  4. Enable 'I have more than one ticket link'
  5. Paste one link per seat
  6. Click on 'Confirm' to save it
  7. Your sale status will change automatically to Delivered

External Mobile Transfer

The tickets are delivered and transferred through a third-party app. This could be the venue, performer, or the ticketing app. In most cases, you’re allowed to transfer the tickets to another attendee by introducing the other person’s email.

You will find this format at events like Adele, Wimbledon...

Before transferring the tickets, there are a few things you should check:

  1. Go to your sale in your StubHub account and see if the buyer's email domain is @privaterelay.apple.id. This domain is not valid for ticket transfers, and therefore you should request a new email:
    • Go to this form
    • Introduce your StubHub account
    • Introduce your Sale ID. It's a 9-digit-number starting with 2 provided in your sale confirmation email
    • Select "Ask buyer(s) to provide new email to replace Apple private email"
    • Specific the platform/app where the tickets will be transferred to
    • We'll automatically ask your buyer to provide a new email and then we'll share it with you
    • If you don’t receive this information by the deadline provided for ticket delivery, please proceed to transfer the tickets to the original buyer’s email that you see in your sale details. Note that not receiving a response from the buyer does not absolve you from the responsibility of delivering the tickets
  2. Go to the original marketplace website or app and see if there is a deadline to accept the ticket transfer and if the person who receives the transfer is notified by email
  3. In most cases, you can transfer the tickets to your buyer's email even if they don't have an account created on the platform. However, if that's not the case:
    • Go to this form
    • Introduce your StubHub account
    • Introduce your Sale ID. It's a 9-digit-number starting with 2 provided in your sale confirmation email
    • Select "Ask buyer(s) to register first on external platform for ticket transfer"
    • Specific the platform/app where the tickets will be transferred to
    • We'll automatically ask your buyer to create an account and if we receive a confirmation, we'll let you know
    • Even if you don't receive a confirmation, check at least once a day if they have already created the account
    • By the deadline provided for ticket delivery, if your buyer doesn't create an account, contact us

Once you're ready for the transfer:

  1. Go to your sale in your StubHub account
  2. Copy the buyer’s email address. You can also see this in the sale confirmation email.
  3. Go to the original ticket provider and transfer the ticket(s) to the buyer’s email address
  4. If there is a deadline to accept the ticket transfer:
    • Go to this form
    • Introduce your StubHub account
    • Introduce your Sale ID. It's a 9-digit-number starting with 2 provided in your sale confirmation email
    • Select "Notify buyer(s) of ticket transfer deadline"
    • Specific the platform/app where the tickets have been transferred to
    • Specify the limit date to accept the transfer
    • Upload a screenshot of the ticket transfer confirmation, ensuring the recipient's email is visible
    • We'll automatically notify your buyer about the platform and the deadline
  5. If there is no deadline, but your buyer is not notified about the transfer or you just want to make sure they know where the tickets will be delivered:
    • Go to this form
    • Introduce your StubHub account
    • Introduce your Sale ID. It's a 9-digit-number starting with 2 provided in your sale confirmation email
    • Select "Notify buyer(s) of ticket availability on external platform"
    • Specific the platform/app where the tickets have been transferred to
    • Upload a screenshot of the ticket transfer confirmation, ensuring the recipient's email is visible
    • We'll automatically notify your buyer about the platform
  6. Go back to your sale in your StubHub account
  7. Click on “Confirm/Transfer”
  8. Choose “I have already transferred the ticket(s) to the buyer from the original ticket provider page" and confirm.
  9. Your sale status will change automatically to Delivered
  10. Only if you didn't provide the proof of transfer in one of the previous steps:
    • Go to this form
    • Introduce your StubHub International account
    • Introduce your Sale ID. It's a 9-digit-number starting with 2 provided in your sale confirmation email
    • Select "Provide proof of transfer"
    • Specific the platform/app where the tickets have been transferred to
    • Upload a screenshot of the ticket transfer confirmation, ensuring the recipient's email is visible
