Mobile Transfer is the most commonly used method for events requiring tickets to be shown on a smartphone. There are two main types of Mobile Transfer tickets, and both should be listed under the same delivery method: Mobile transfer.

Ticket Transfer via Third-Party App
These are tickets available in third-party platforms (i.e. Ticketmaster, AXS, SeeTickets, etc) and that can be transferred to another person.
- Go to the Sales page.
- Check the buyer’s email. If it ends in @privaterelay.apple.id, wait:
- We've already asked the buyer to update their email.
- The new email will appear in your Sale Details once updated.
- If the delivery deadline is approaching and it hasn’t changed, please contact our Customer Support team.
- If the email is valid, copy it and go to the original ticket provider’s platform to initiate the transfer.
- Take a clear screenshot of the transfer confirmation, ensuring the recipient’s details are visible, and save it.
- Return to your StubHub International account, tap on ‘Confirm/Transfer,’ and select the option ‘I have already transferred the ticket(s) to the buyer from the original ticket provider page’.
- Upload your proof of delivery using this form.
- That’s it! If we need anything else from you, we’ll reach out.
Some common issues when transferring the tickets are:
- A few platforms (e.g. SeeTickets) may require recipients to have an account before transfer. If you can't complete the transfer because your buyer lacks an account:
- Send a message to your buyer through our form.
- Allow a few days for them to create their account.
- If the delivery deadline approaches and the buyer hasn't created an account yet, contact our Customer Support team.
- Certain platforms may require personal information from the recipient rather than the email (e.g., phone numbers, IDs, etc). If this information is mandatory for the ticket transfer:
- Contact our Customer Support team immediately indicating the platform and what information is required for the delivery.
- Never request this information directly from buyers as it may affect your sale.
- We'll help you get what you need safely.
- For certain events, the transfer through the external platform may not be available until a few days before the event.
- Wait a few days in case the transfer is enable later.
- Look for information on the original marketplace about when the transfer will be enabled.
- If the transfer will be enabled after your delivery deadline, contact our Customer Support team immediately indicating the platform and when the transfer will be available.
- If the transfer will not be available for the event, contact our Customer Support team immediately indicating the platform and when the transfer will be available.
URL Tickets
These are links that provide access to a QR code, which can be saved to a mobile device wallet.
If you have a same link for all mobile operating systems (iOS and Android):
- Go to the Sales page.
- Find your sale and tap on ‘Confirm/Transfer’.
- Select ‘I have one or more ticket links to transfer’. If you have a separate URL for each seat, enable the option ‘I have more than one ticket link’. If you have a single link for all seats, keep the option disabled.
- Introduce the ticket links and submit them.
- Go to the Sales page.
- Find your sale and tap on ‘Confirm/Transfer’.
- Select ‘I have one or more ticket links to transfer’. If you have a separate URL for each seat, enable the option ‘I have more than one ticket link’. If you have a single link for all seats, keep the option disabled.
- Introduce the ticket links and submit them. Please note that this process only works with URLs that are valid for all mobile operating systems.
If you have different links for iOS and Android:
- Go to this form.
- Provide the URL links and the instructions to access the tickets.
- Go to the Sales page.
- Tap on ‘Confirm/Transfer,’ and select the option ‘I have already transferred the ticket(s) to the buyer from the original ticket provider page’.
- Never send the links directly to your buyer as it may affect your sale.
Checking Your Delivery Deadline
Log into your StubHub International account, go to the Sales tab, and find your sale. You’ll see the original deadline for delivering the tickets. If we provided a new deadline via email or phone, that updated deadline applies.
