The estimated delivery date for your order may change depending on when the tickets are released by the event organizers. For sporting events and some concerts, tickets may be released very close to the event date, sometimes just a few days or even 24 hours before. This can happen due to security measures, artist requirements, or technology updates.
The date shown next to your order is based on the seller's availability of the tickets (e.g., if the seller has them at the time of purchase) and potential delays in ticket delivery. We can't ask the seller to update the delivery date.
Here’s how to check your ticket delivery details:
- Log into your StubHub account.
- Go to the 'Orders' section under the 'Current' tab and locate your order.
- In the 'Delivery' section, you’ll see 'Ready for {date}', indicating when the seller expects the tickets to be available.
If your tickets are not delivered by the date indicated:
For sporting events: We recommend waiting until the last 48 hours before the game, as event organizers often release tickets during this time.
For all other events: Please contact us for assistance.
Remember, you're covered by our FanProtect Guarantee. If the seller is unable to deliver your tickets, we will find you comparable or better tickets, or offer you a refund or credit for a future order.
Once the tickets are delivered, you'll receive an email with instructions (especially if they are electronic or mobile transfers). You can also track your order status by selecting 'View details' in your account.
