If UPS/Royal Mail delivered your tickets but you didn't get them:

  • Check all the places the delivery person may have left the package
  • Look for a UPS InfoNotice with missed delivery or shipment location info
  • See if someone else accepted the package
  • Make sure it was delivered to the right address

If you still can't find your tickets, contact us within 7 days. Otherwise, we may not be able to help.
