Sellers will list their tickets exactly as they receive them from the primary ticket company. Therefore, some events may offer only one delivery method. On the event page, you can search for the ticket type that is most convenient for you if multiple options are available.
- Electronic: These are PDF files that you download and print before the event. We do not recommend displaying them on your phone.
- Mobile Transfer: There are three types of Mobile transfer tickets. You’ll only notice a difference when delivering the tickets.
- Single URL/Token: the original marketplace emails a single link for all seats. This URL gives the user access to a QR code that can be saved to a digital wallet (i.e.: Google Pay, Wallet Pass, Passwallet, Apple Wallet. ...)
- One seat, one URL: the original marketplace emails a link for each seat. These URLs give the user access to a QR code that can be saved to a digital wallet (i.e.: Google Pay, Wallet Pass, Passwallet, Apple Wallet. ...)
- External Mobile Transfer: the tickets are delivered through a third-party app. This could be the venue, performer, or the ticketing app. You will need an iPhone or Android phone to scan your tickets at the gate.
- Screenshot: In a few cases, the original marketplace delivers the QR tickets. These are mobile tickets that you download and save on your mobile device. You will need to show them on your phone or another mobile device.
- Physical: It can be paper, bracelets, or any hard copies. These tickets are delivered through a courier company. Common carriers include Royal Mail, UPS, and FedEx, although local delivery companies may be used in some countries. Note that Royal Mail and UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
