If you no longer have the tickets you sold or can't provide alternatives, please report it promptly so we can help the customer find a solution. 


  1. Log in to your StubHub International account.
  2. Go to the "Sales" section and locate the transaction.
  3. Click "Make Changes" and select "I don't have the tickets."
    • If you have alternative tickets, we will explain how to offer them in the next steps.
  4. Click "Submit."


Our team will receive your notice and work on finding a replacement for the customer.

Since you can't fulfill the original ticket order, your credit card may be charged in accordance with our Seller Policies.


Offering Alternative Tickets

  1. Click on "I need to offer replacement tickets" under "Make Changes" and provide the details of the new tickets.
  2. The customer will receive an email with your offer.
  3. If the customer accepts the new tickets, you can proceed to send them.
  4. If the customer does not accept the new tickets, your credit card will be charged according to our Seller Policies.


The customer will receive an email with the offer, and once they accept it, you can send the new tickets. If the buyer doesn’t accept the new tickets, your credit card on file will be charged according to our Seller Policies.
