If you sold tickets but did not receive the sale confirmation email:
- Please check your spam or junk folder as the email may have been routed there. Sometimes, there can be a delay in the delivery of these emails.
- You can also go to My tickets > Orders to verify if your tickets are listed there.
Please be aware that certain email providers (such as gmx.de, t-online.de, hotmail, icloud...) may send our emails to spam or reject them altogether. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact us, and we will send you a duplicate copy.
