If you sold tickets but didn't get a sale confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes there is a delay in the delivery of those emails.
- Go to My tickets > Sales to see if your tickets are there
Please note that some email providers (gmx.de, t-online.de, hotmail, icloud...) can send our emails to the spam box or reject the reception. If you cannot find the email, please contact us and we will provide you a copy.
