Tickets for this competition can be paper or mobile transfer. You can see your format in the following ways:

  • During the checkout you will be able to see this information
  • In the confirmation email you receive once the order is confirmed
  • From your Profile > Orders > Current tab


Knowing the format that corresponds to you, below you will explain the details on how to receive the tickets. 


Please note that due to sport event, the tickets will be issued by the promoter/organizer very close to the event, sometimes, as close as 24 hours before the event.

Paper 

Make sure you provide a valid and correct delivery address. If you need to change it, you can read the steps here. 


Once the seller deliver, you will receive an email with the delivery details (as courier, tracking number, maybe estimated delivery date...)


Mobile Transfer

The tickets will be transferred to you through the Wimbledon 2023 App (no the StubHub app) where you will be able to open and use them. 


Once the seller has delivered...

  1. You will receive an email from the original ticket provider where they confirm the tickets were transferred.
    • If you don't find it, check your SPAM folder as well to ensure you do not miss any correspondence
  2. Tap on the link and login by using the same email address to which you received this message (it's thesame email address as your registered in StubHub). You would only need to generate a password.
  3. Download the Wimbledon 2023 Appand login with the credentials created. Then, you will be able to access your tickets.  
    • IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Your QR code will be only visible on the event day. 


On the day of the event... Simply open tickets from the Wimbledon 2023 App and scan at the venue gate. Please ensure your phone is fully charged on the day of the event. This way, you'll avoid any last-minute hiccups and can enjoy your experience to the fullest! 


Don't print it

Please note that downloaded or printed tickets in the following formats will not be valid.

  1. The ticket image on your phone
  2. The PDF file of the ticket on your phone
  3. The printed paper version of the ticket image
