1. Are you on the correct website?

First, ensure you’re on the right platform. In June 2021, StubHub's business was split into two distinct platforms: StubHub North America and StubHub International.

If you bought your tickets on www.stubhub.com or www.stubhub.ca, you’ll need to contact the US Customer Service team or visit their Help Center for support, as we don't have access to any transaction made or account created on the North American websites.


2. Is your order still in verification?

If you’re on the correct StubHub International website but still can’t find your order, it might be in the verification process. All transactions are reviewed for security reasons. Usually, this process is instant, but it can take up to 1 hour and, in some cases, 1-2 days. Once your order is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
