Do you need to ship your tickets using a courier other than Fedex or UPS? Unfortunately, you won't be able to download the label from your profile. Instead, you will need to arrange the shipment yourself. 

 

Here's how it works with some recommended couriers:

  • For United Kingdom: Royal Mail (we recommend using the "Next Day Delivery" service)
  • For Germany: Deutsche Post
  • For Spain: Correos Express
  • For Mexico: Estafeta, DHL, Pakmail, EnviaYa

How to ship?

First, you will need to obtain the buyer's delivery address: 

  1. Go to My Tickets > Sales.
  2. Locate the order you want to ship.
  3. Click on "Ship your tickets" to view the delivery address details. 

 

Once you have the address:

  • Place the ticekts in an envelope and address it to the recipient. 
  • Contact your chosen courier to arrange collection or visit a courier office to send the package.  

 

How each courier works?

Royal Mail

  • It's the fastest delivery option in the UK. 
  • You must visit a post office as they don't pick up from home. 
  • Please, use the Next Day Delivery service. 
  • Tracking number format: two words + 9 numbers + ending in GB (e.g., DS000000000GB)

 

Deutsche Post

  • It's the fastest delivery option in Germany. 
  • You must visit a post office as they don't pick up from home.
  • Tracking number format: two words + 9 numbers + ending in DE (e.g., RQ000000000DE)

 

Correos (Express)

  • It's the most common courier in Spain.
  • Visit a post office to send tickets.
  • Tracking number format: 16-digit numerical code.  

 

Estafeta

  • It's the most common courier in Mexico.
  • Visit a post office to send tickets.
  • Tracking number format: 22-digit numerical code. 

 

Once handed over, you'll receive a shipping receipt with package details and the tracking number.

 

How to update your sale?

You will need to update your sale with the tracking number so we can confirm shipment:


  1. Go to My Tickets > Sales.
  2. Locate the order you want to ship.
  3. Click on "Ship your tickets" and then "Continue" 
  4. Select the courier used, enter the tracking number, and click "Continue" to save the information. 
  5. Your sale status will change to "In transit". Upon delivery to the buyer, it will update to "Delivered". 

 

If you cannot find the courier used, please contact us, and our experts will update your sale manually. We apologize for any inconvenience!

 

When will I get paid for the sale?
