Forgot your password or need to change it? No problem! There's an easy fix. Keep reading to learn how to update it.

Want to change your password but already know the current one?

Follow these steps to change it from a desktop.

1. Go to 'Profile' and in the ACCOUNT INFO section, click on 'Change password'
2. You will need to enter the current password and then, provide a new one
3. Tap on 'Update password' to save it

Forgot your password?

Do not try to log in with the password you thought you had more than 3 times. You can block the account. 

You can request a new one from your laptop or mobile app: 

1. Select 'Forgot your password?' at the login screen
2. Enter the email address associated with your StubHub account
3. Check your email and follow the steps. 

If you didn't receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folders.

• It's not there: Clear your internet browser's cache and cookies. Try resetting the password again.
• Did you log in through Facebook? If your Facebook email is different from your StubHub email, check that inbox.

Your password can't be your email address. It should be:

• Between 8 and 20 characters
• A combination of numbers, letters (upper or lower case), and/or special characters
