Tickets are transferred through a third-party app, such as the venue's app or another ticketing platform. Usually, you can transfer tickets to another attendee by entering their email address.

    • If you don’t receive this information by the deadline provided for ticket delivery, please proceed to transfer the tickets to the original buyer’s email that you see in your sale details. Note that not receiving a response from the buyer does not absolve you from the responsibility of delivering the tickets

    • By the deadline provided for ticket delivery, if your buyer doesn't create an account, reply to the email that we sent to you
  3. Go to the original marketplace website or app and see if there is a deadline to accept the ticket transfer
