When will I receive?

Tickets for many sporting events are not printed until close to the date of the game. Sometimes even just 24 hours in advance.

With our 100% Guarantee, we assure you that you will receive them in time to enjoy the NFL London match.

How to receive the tickets?

The most commonly sold formats are:

  • Electronic: Here you can find more details in regards of this format.
  • Mobile transfer: These tickets are transferred through a third party app/platform that does not belong to StubHub. Once the seller completes the transfer, you will receive two emails:
    • From StubHub to confirm that the order has been delivered. The tickets won't be visible in our platform.
    • From third party to confirm that the tickets have been transferred and indicating the steps to access them.

Can't find the email? Check your SPAM or junk folders as well to ensure you don't miss any correspondence. Still can't find it? Read this article for more details.

How to access the Mobile Transfer Tickets?

The seller will transfer your tickets through a third party app (Ticketmaster or Wembley App) by using the same email address you have registered in your StubHub account

Once the seller completes the transfer, you will receive an email from the third party to confirm that the tickets have been associated with your email. Depending on the sender, you will have to download one app or another.

For Ticketmaster

  1. Download the Ticketmaster App
  2. Sign in or create an account. Important to register with the same email you use on StubHub.
  3. Go to "My Account" to see your tickets - Your QR code will be only visible on the event day
  4. At the event, scan the QR code to get in

For Wembley

  1. Download the Wembley App
  2. Sign in or create an account. Important to register with the same email you use on StubHub.
  3. Tap on 'My tickets' to see your tickets - Your QR code will be only visible on the event day
  4. At the event, scan the QR code to get in

Can't access the tickets from the third party app?

Have we notified you that the tickets have been transferred but do not appear in the application that correspond with your event country? Make sure you download the app for the country of the event. Tickets will be housed there.

In case you cannot download it (either because you are out of the country or because you cannot locate the application in the country of the event), follow the steps through the third party website.

Can't attend the date you reserved?

If you've changed your plans and need a different date, we recommend making a new purchase and putting the tickets you had bought for the date you'll miss up for sale. This way, you'll get back the money you invested and give another fan the chance to experience something unique.

StubHub has no commercial relationship with the mentioned third-party app. Its inclusion in this communication is solely for informational purposes.
