When will I receive them?

Ticket delivery for this tour is delayed on purpose — it’s a standard security measure to prevent fraud.

What to expect:

  • Tickets won’t be available right after purchase.
  • QR codes will only be activated a few days before the event.

Don’t worry! You’re covered by our 100% Guarantee. Your tickets will arrive on time.

How will I receive them?

Your tickets will be delivered via a third-party app or platform that is not managed by StubHub. The app you’ll need depends on the ticket provider.

Once the seller completes the transfer, you'll get two emails:

  • One from StubHub confirming your order was delivered  — Note: tickets won't appear on our platform.
  • One from the third-party provider with details on how to access your tickets.
