Finding tickets

Still looking for tickets? Check out the list of all the dates and reserve your spot.

When will I receive them?

Ticket delivery doesn’t always happen right away — and it depends on the type of ticket and how the seller listed it.

You can check the estimated delivery time in several ways:

  • During checkout, before confirming your purchase
  • In the order confirmation email
  • In your profile: Profile > Orders > Current tab

No need to worry — as part of our 100% Guarantee, we’ll make sure you receive your tickets in time to enjoy the show.

How will I receive them?

Tickets are delivered in one of three formats, depending on what the seller listed:

Electronic Tickets

PDF file sent to your email or downloadable from your StubHub account. Learn more here.

Physical Tickets

Sent via courier to your delivery address. Learn more here

Mobile Transfer (most common)

These are transferred through a third-party platform. They won't appear in your StubHub account.

Once the seller completes the transfer, you'll get two emails:

  • One from StubHub confirming that your order has been delivered.
  • One from Ticketmaster with access instructions.

Not seeing the email? Check your spam or junk folders. If still missing, check here for troubleshooting

What app should I download?

Follow these steps to access your mobile transfer tickets:

Ticketmaster UK

  1. Download the Ticketmaster UK App
  2. Sign in or create an account with the same email used on StubHub.
  3. Go to My Events to find your tickets.
  4. QR code will be visible on the event day.

AXS UK

  1. Download the AXS App.
  2. Sign in or create an account with the same email used on StubHub.
  3. Go to Tickets to view your ticket.
  4. QR code will be visible on the event day.

Trouble accessing tickets in the third-party app?

If we’ve confirmed the tickets were transferred, but you don’t see them:

  • Make sure you've downloaded the correct version of the app for the UK.
  • If you're travelling from another country and can't find the ticket provider's app (Ticketmaster or AXS) in your app store:
    • Try changing your app store region or use a second account set to the event’s country. This will let you download the app and access your tickets without issues.
    • Use the web version of Ticketmaster UK or AXS and follow their access instructions.

Can't attend the date you reserved?

Plans changed? No problem:

StubHub has no commercial relationship with the mentioned third-party app. Its inclusion in this communication is solely for informational purposes.
